Evening Sports Activities
Gyan Vihar hosts evening Swimming classes and other sports activities for the students. It is an optional activity at Gyan Vihar School for and there are no extra charges. A qualified trainer imparts basic guidance for the classes 3rd to 9th to around 500 students.

Swimming is useful to children in many ways. It not only strengthens the shoulder and thigh muscles, but also allows children to breathe deeply, and sustain breath underwater for long periods of time. Realizing the importance of swimming for fun and as a sport, children are provided specific time slots and weekend slots for practice of swimming.
